Return & Exchange Policy for Retail Online purchases through legsmart.ca
We want you to feel confident in your online shopping experience and love your purchase! Should you receive your order and are not satisfied with your purchase, please ensure all tags remain affixed and send an email to email@example.com within 15 days of receipt and indicate the item you would like to return. When the item is received, we will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was shipped and a store credit will be issued to you for use on a future purchase. Please note that we are not able to offer credit for the original shipping cost. If the items tags have been removed, the item has been worn or washed or is not in the same condition as when sent to you (smells, contains pet hair, etc.) we are not able to accept the return.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange: headbands, jewelry, hats, socks and items that are on sale or have a reduced price.
All retail orders are reviewed for defects prior to shipping. However, should you notice a manufacturer defect, we will gladly exchange the item within 15 days of receipt on unworn, unwashed items. Items which were shipped with a tag affixed must be returned with the tag intact and affixed to the product. Refunds are not available but a credit will be issued to you. In the event you need to contact us regarding a defect, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, order number, a description of the defect as well as a picture of the defect.
