Shipping

All retail orders placed through our website are shipped within 2 business days by Canada Post.  Orders valued at $100 or less will be sent by standard mail with no tracking.  Orders greater than $100.01 are sent Expedited Parcel with tracking.  All items are shipped from Ontario and shipping times vary according to your location.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation which includes a tracking number (if applicable) for your parcel.   

Care Instructions

We know you love your purchase so care for it properly to ensure its longevity.  Failure to follow proper care instructions may result in shrinking, pilling or premature damage to your apparel.  

Leggings:  Turn your leggings inside out.  Hand wash or place inside a garment bag and wash in cold water. NEVER machine wash your leggings without using a garment bag as the fabric is very delicate and excessive stretching or pulling from the washing machine will cause damage.  Hang to dry.  Do not put leggings in the dryer as they will lose their stretch and durability.

Exchange Policy for Retail Online purchases through legsmart.ca 

All items purchased through legsmart.ca are reviewed for defects prior to shipping.  We will only exchange items within 5 days of receipt for manufacturer defects on unworn, unwashed items items. We will exchange it for the same style if we have it in stock, if not another similar item of the same price.  Shipping costs associated with exchange are the purchaser's responsibility to pay.  In the event you need to contact us regarding a defective product purchased through our website, please send an email to admin@legsmart.ca and include your name, order number, date of receipt, a description of the defect as well as a picture of the defect.  

All sale items or items with a reduced price are final sale.  Sorry, no refund or exchange.

 

Exchange Policy for items purchased through a Distributor

Each Distributor is responsible for establishing an exchange policy for items sold through them.  Should you have any questions or concerns regarding a product purchased through a Distributor, please contact the Distributor directly.
