Shipping, Care & Exchange
Retail orders placed through the website are shipped with Canada Post. All orders ship from Ontario and shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation which includes a tracking number (if applicable) for your parcel.

Return & Exchange Policy for Retail Online purchases through legsmart.ca
I want you to feel confident in your online shopping experience and love your purchase! Should you receive your order and are not satisfied with your purchase, please ensure all tags remain affixed and send an email to email@example.com within 15 days of receipt and indicate the item you would like to return. When the item is received, it will be inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was shipped and a store credit will be issued to you for use on a future purchase. Please note that I'm not able to offer credit for the original shipping cost. If the items tags have been removed, the item has been worn or washed or is not in the same condition as when it was sent to you (smells, contains pet hair, etc.) I'm not able to accept the return.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange: headbands, jewelry, hats, socks and items that are on sale or have a reduced price.
All retail orders are reviewed for defects prior to shipping. However, should you notice a manufacturer defect, it will gladly be exchanged within 15 days of receipt on unworn, unwashed items. Items which were shipped with a tag affixed must be returned with the tag intact and affixed to the product. Refunds are not available but a credit will be issued to you. In the event you need to contact me regarding a defect, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, order number, a description of the defect as well as a picture of the defect.
Exchange Policy for items purchased through a Distributor
Each Distributor is responsible for establishing an exchange policy for items sold through them. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding a product purchased through a Distributor, please contact the Distributor directly.
I know you'll love your purchase and proper care will ensure its longevity. Failure to follow proper care instructions may result premature damage to your apparel.
Leggings: Turn your leggings inside out. Hand wash or place inside a garment bag and wash in cold water. Machine washing your leggings without using a garment bag isn't recommended. Hang to dry. Do not put leggings in the dryer as they will lose their stretch and durability.
Other apparel: Follow care instructions located on product tag.
