Refund policy

I want you to feel confident in your online shopping experience and love your purchase! Should you receive your order and are not satisfied with your purchase, please ensure all tags remain affixed and send an email to admin@legsmart.ca within 7 days of receipt and indicate the item you would like to return. When the item is received, it will be inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was shipped and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that I'm not able to offer credit for the original shipping cost. If the items tags have been removed, the item has been worn or washed or is not in the same condition as when it was sent to you (smells, contains pet hair, etc.) I'm not able to accept the return.     

All retail orders are reviewed for defects prior to shipping.  However, should you notice a manufacturer defect, please send a picture of the defect, including an image of the product with the tags attached to admin@legsmart.ca within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure your email includes your name, order number and a description of the defect.  Refunds are not available for defect claims but I will work with you to ensure satisfactory resolution.

If any items from an order that qualified for free shipping are returned, resulting in the subtotal falling below $130, you will be responsible for the full amount of the standard shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from any refund.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund:
  • Headbands
  • Jewelry
  • Hats
  • Socks
  • Items that are on sale or have a reduced price

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes changes need to be made after an order is placed. If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so provided the order has not yet shipped. Please contact admin@legsmart.ca as soon as possible to initiate the cancellation process.

If your order was paid for by credit card, a 3% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the non-refundable credit card transaction fees charged by our payment processing merchant. 

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. If you wish to return a shipped order, our standard return policy will apply.

We strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date product information, but sometimes mistakes can occur. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to inventory errors or other issues, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.
